Garrett Norman
Lone Star Trekking is owned and operated by Garrett
Norman.  He has spent his life in the outdoors.  He
has been backpacking and hiking in Big Bend, the
Guadalupe Mountains, the Grand Canyon, Yosemite,
the Great Smoky Mountains, Arizona, Colorado, South
Dakota, New Mexico, and Texas.  He loves to travel
and explore new areas.  Garrett earned a degree in
Wildlife & Fisheries from Texas A&M University.  After
being in the workforce for several years, he decided to
return to his original passion and started Lone Star
Trekking.  Garrett is a certified Wilderness First
Responder.
Jennifer Peterson
Jennifer has been an avid outdoorsman most of her
life, beginning early with family hikes on the
Appalachian Trail. Jennifer has done extensive hiking
and exploring in Idaho, Utah, Colorado, Texas, and
Connecticut. She also enjoys cycling, fishing, running,
basketball, and has completed an Ironman. Jennifer
is certified in Wilderness First Aid.
